Cleanwater Center Construction Management Contract Awarded 

The City of Sunnyvale recently awarded a $6.57M contract to MCK Americas Inc. to provide construction management (CM) services for a new administrative, water quality laboratory, and maintenance building, called the Cleanwater Center at the City's Water Pollution Control Plant. As the construction management consultant (CMC), MCK Americas Inc., will be the focal point for construction oversight of the Cleanwater Center construction process. 

Their scope of work consists of design phase, bid phase, and construction phase CM services. Specifically, the CMC is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: biddability reviews, constructability reviews, construction management, meeting coordination, commissioning coordination, construction schedule and budget controls, site safety plan and implementation, records management, multidiscipline inspections, materials testing coordination, and project closeout services.
