Circulation of the Primary Treatment Facility Project CEQA Addendum
As part of compliance with our Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan, the State Water Resources Control Board is requiring the City of Sunnyvale to circulate the Primary Treatment Facility Project Addendum to the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) through the State Clearinghouse for public review. The IS/MND Addendum, prepared to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), is posted to the Program Website at this link for your reference.
The IS/MND Addendum addresses minor technical changes to the project and has identified no new significant impacts.
The public review period for the IS/MND Addendum has closed and no comments were received.
